.: About CRR
Many record companies
no longer produce music in their own facilities. At Columbia River
Records we have taken a page from the past to face a changing
future. By producing our own audio and video "in house" we cut our costs.. The
lead producer Jim Olson has over 40 years of experience in the entertainment
industry. The publishing
division of Columbia River Records Inc. is Hot Rain Publishing
BMI established in 1968. A dedication to quality music has made us a
force on the west coast. The primary focus of Columbia River
Records will be to the Christian market.
It is our goal to produce music that will be a positive
influence on all who hear it, and bring glory to the Lord that inspires
and guides our hearts daily.
The Songs Listed to the left by Jim Olson are not for sale
but simply meant as demos for artists that wish to record them. They are offered
here in their entirety and not as short clips for that reason. They may be
downloaded for review or for personal enjoyment. However they may not be used
in any commercial manner without an agreement with Hot Rain Publishing BMI.
On that note I
would like to thank Tommy Overstreet for recording several of these
songs. Also a special thanks to Rockabilly Legend Narvel Felts for his
great rendition of "He's Coming in the Clouds"

.: Tommy Overstreet

We at CRR wish to thank Country Legend and Rockabilly Hall of
Fame member Tommy Overstreet for his continued wisdom and assistance. His
contributions to the music industry continue to this day. In a time when country
music was a small market format his musical courage helped introduce country
music to a world audience.
I also wish to express gratitude to my life long mentor
Gene Breeden. I was privileged to learn my craft at Gene's expert side and
be present when his production of "I'm A Truck" by Red Simpson reached #1
on the national charts. God bless you both.
